TRC PP7 Pre-Puller

This pre-puller is designed to pull heavy webbing before it goes through the TRC cutters. The pre-puller works especially well for webbing that is loose in boxes and is too heavy for the cutter alone.  This is a stand alone unit and requires 110v electricity.
